How to Buy
1. Contact me to tell me which painting or drawing you're interested in.
2. I'll take a photo of it like the one below, so that you can see that it's in good condition (along with the frame if it's framed) and send it to you together with the price.

If you're in Manila...
...and you still want it, you can either purchase the work on TriCera, or, I'll send you a purchase contract along with my bank or Paypal details.
1. Send me a screenshot of your 50% downpayment along with the signed purchase contract.
* Prices don't include framing (framing comes free with works that are already framed) or delivery.
* If the work is not framed yet, or you would like me to (change an existing) frame for you, you'll have to pay for re/framing separately.
2. I'll send you the (re/framed) painting or drawing via Grab or Transportify, along with a Certificate of Authenticity or COA, as well as the charges for delivery and re/framing if applicable.
3. Send a photo or a message letting me know that you've received the work in good condition, along with a screenshot of the payment for the remaining 50% as well as the delivery (and re/framing) fees.
4. I'll send you soft copies of the receipts for the work (and re/framing) and the delivery.
If you get work directly from me (not through TRiCERA) in Manila and you change your mind, you can return it within 30 days after you purchase it. I can either replace this piece with one of equal value, or refund your payment, but either way, I'm afraid you'll have to pay for delivery.
If you're outside of Manila or the Philippines...
...and the work you want is 9 x 12" / 22.86 x 30.48 cm or smaller and unframed, you can either purchase the work on TRiCERA, or, we'll be following the same steps, only I'll be sending the work and the COA to you via courier (e.g. FedEx).
But if the work you want is bigger than 9 x 12" / 22.86 x 30.48 cm, you'll still be able to purchase the work on TRiCERA no matter where you are in the world.
*Can't find the work on TRiCERA? Or would you like to pay in instalments? Just let me know.

How to Commission Paintings or Drawings
1. I'll need you to tell me about the painting or drawing you want me to create for you.

b. What medium would you like me to use?
c. How big would you like it to be?
d. What colours would you like to see?
e. How do you want me to paint or draw it? (e.g. Realist, impressionist, playful)
* If you took a look at the pieces on my Available Works, Exhibits or Other Works pages and saw something you liked there, tell me which piece you were inspired by.
f. What you'll be using it for
g. When you want it
h. Where you are (for delivery)
2. Then I'll tell you...
a. Whether I can do it
b. Whether I'll be able to do it by the time you want it
c. Whether I'll be able to deliver it to you:
* If you're in Manila, I can send you it to you via Grab or Transportify
* If you're outside Manila or the Philippines, I'll only be able to send you original works on paper 9 x 12" / 22.86 x 30.48 cm or smaller and unframed via courier (e.g. FedEx), or, you can commission work from me through TRiCERA.
d. How much it will be to create
e. How much it will be to frame (if you want me to frame it)
f. How much it will be to deliver (via Grab/Transportify or courier)
3. Here's what usually happens during a commission:
a. Let me know where we can keep in touch, e.g. email, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Telegram.
b. I'll show you studies (I'll make up to three): This is the stage where you can tell me if you'd like to change anything.
c. Once you're okay with a study, I'll send you a purchase contract along with my bank / PayPal details.
d. Send me a screenshot of your 50% downpayment along with the signed purchase contract and I'll get started on your commission.
e. I'll give you regular updates, i.e. send you photos of my progress, like this one:

How to Commission Illustrations
1. First, you should know I don't do digital or layout. I do all my illustrations by hand, and if text and layout are needed, you'll need a graphic designer for this. You'll have the option of letting me get in touch with one of my "howdy, pardners" to do this, and my layout partner would, of course, charge separately.
2. If you're okay with no. 1, we'll be following the same steps as those for commissioning paintings or drawings.
3. To give you an idea of how, say, a book project usually plays out with me:

3. To give you an idea of how, say, a book project usually plays out with me:
Finally, as regards fees, if the book project doesn't come with royalties, I charge a packaged fee which covers everything from studies, up to 3 rounds of changes at the study stage and the final art for all the spreads.
Again, this fee doesn't cover graphic design and layout, but if you ask me to take care of layout as well, I work out a packaged fee with the designer I work with to cover both our fees. That means you'll only have to pay once to one person.
